eMOTION Dance Company was established in 2002 by Sanja Korman, dance teacher at Bellaire HS since 2001. The company has been involved in numerous performances, presentations, and competitions throughout the community. eMOTION is gaining a strong reputation in school and in our community. The company’s primary dance styles are modern, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and break dance. The company is separated into two classes, the 3rd period Modern Dance class and the 4th period Hip-Hop/Break Dance class. There are many benefits when it comes to dancing in a company such as self confidence, self-discipline, new knowledge, and a sense of achievement. eMOTION Dance Company is also a place where you can express yourself and have fun.

Sanja Korman has been a dance teacher at Bellaire High School, Houston ISD, since 2001. She reorganized a school dance program and added more dance classes in all dance levels. She founded the school based Dance Company, eMOTION, that has distinguished results and a lot of success. In 2003, Mrs. Korman established an annual Community Dance Concert at her school, with participants coming from studios and/or school dance programs from all over the community, performing in a variety of dance styles in their age level.
